General Provisions
This User Agreement is a public offer of Yieldfarm Corporation (hereinafter, the "Company"), addressed to an indefinite circle of persons, to enter into a contractual relationship for the provision of services provided by the Company for the access of anindividual, an individual entrepreneur, a legal entity (hereinafter, "User") to this website or application of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Online resources" Or "Resource"), information posted on the pages of the Resource, functionality provided by the Resource, as well as technical support, notification of Users, etc. (hereinafter referred to asthe "Services").

The conclusion of an agreement is made by joining the User to this Agreement, i.e., accepting the Agreement as a whole, without any conditions, exceptions, and reservations. The fact of acceptance by the User of this Agreement is granting access to his personal account by filling out and sending the registration form. If accepted according to the procedure, this Agreement is deemed to be concluded.

Activity on the Resource
Users must not publish information that will allow communication with other Users outside the Resource and attempt on their safety on the pages of the Resource, provide, or distribute such data in an explicit or implicit form. Users must not use images indexed by search engines as profile photos, which allow tounambiguously identify the User using photo (image) search algorithms, find his contact information or provide communication outside the Resource.
Users undertake to provide accurate information about themselves: when registering on the Resource, when specifying personal information about themselves on the pages of the Resource, etc. Users undertake to independently monitor the changes occurring on the Resource, timely check messages received by email, and timely update, edit or delete any information, the irrelevance of which may lead to financial costs on the part of the Company and financial losses on the part of the Company Clients. Re-registration of a User whose activity within the account was previously restricted is prohibited. If the User violates the rules of this Agreement, access to the Resource for him may be limited.

Rights and Responsibilities
UUsers are fully responsible for their actions on the Resource, providing inaccurate information, non-compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and additions to it, and the safety of their login and password, with which they access their personal account. Users are not entitled to publish or distribute information that contains obscene language, insults, spam, malware, plagiarism, is aimed at propaganda of war, terrorism, violates the copyrights of third parties, as well as other information subject to criminal or administrative liability in accordance with with the current legislation of the country where the User is located.

The Company Yieldfarm is not responsible for the information posted by Users, for any actions they perform on the Resource, and for third parties access to data stored in the system, and in cases where such access is unauthorized. The representative of the Company, performing the basic management functions necessary for the correct operation of the Resource, and endowed with the appropriate rights (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), has the right to delete information that contradicts the provisions of the Agreement from the pages of the Resource, edit it, and also completely or temporarily block the violator access to the Resource without warning or explanation. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement unilaterally while undertaking to notify Users of the entry into force of the new terms by posting updated Agreement on the Resource. Using the Resource after changes to this Agreement have been made means the Yieldfarm User unconditional consent to the terms of the latest version of the Yieldfarm user agreement.
